Yang/Yin - Feature Class
Join Andrew for this Yang/Yin feature class on Feb. 21st from 7:45 - 9:00PM. This class is suitable for all abilities and flexibilities. While bringing awareness to the present moment, we will balance flowing sequences, breathing, and relaxation to help you develop flexibility and stability. A relaxation followed by a yang portion of flowing sequences will precede a rejuvenating yin sequence where we will hold poses and work deep into the connective tissues. This is the perfect class to balance body and mind. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Bare feet recommended.
