This class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning with some anaerobic interval training. The format is a continuous ride choreographed to the music with short active recoveries. Attention is given to developing good riding form with a smooth pedal stroke. Riders keep pace with the lively music, and the riding includes speedwork, climbs, and out of saddle riding.
