HIIT Yoga Fusion is a full body weight HIIT workshop that incorporates yoga inspired asanas (poses). This class will get your heart rate up while increasing mobility and playing with balance. This class combines a tabata approach, taking the benefits of both yoga and HIIT practices and blending them into a quick and effective class. Low and high impact options are available. Bare feet recommended, please bring a yoga mat.

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced practice, giving more time to get into poses while working on alignment and stretching. This class will emphasize poses that will maintain flexibility particularly of the spine and hips as well as strengthening core and back muscles to keep the back and spine in good condition.

This class will emphasize poses that will maintain flexibility particularly of the spine and hips as well as strengthening core and back muscles to keep the back and spine in good condition.

Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build heat, strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.

This class incorporates multiple twists with a focus on increasing ones’ strength and flexibility through movement and breath.

A highly focused, body molding workout that works towards improved posture, developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs and glutes and strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact class also targets the assistor muscles which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury.

Power Yoga is a vigorous fitness/based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.

Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build heat, strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.

This class is set to energizing music, and you will be leaving energized and strong, with a sweaty glow.

Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build heat, strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice, where the poses are held for a longer period of time, to target the Fascia (connective tissue).

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced practice, giving more time to get into poses while working on alignment and stretching.

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses as well as body awareness and mindful moving. Also great for those looking for a deep stretch after a workout. Come to learn, play, and discover the magic of yoga in a supportive environment.
