The Racquet Club has plenty of activities for squash members, including tournaments, clinics, leagues, and drop ins. Our Squash Pro, Melina Turk, offers weekly workshops and periodically brings up guest presenters from the south.
If you've never tried squash before there are both Ladies' and Men's beginner clinics on Wednesdays through the fall and winter months. Additionally, there will be intermediate drill sessions on Mondays for those who want to hone their skills. Also try out our squash inspired fitness class, Squash HIIT, on Monday evenings, featuring 15 minutes of squash inspired HIIT exercises followed by 15 minutes of squash drills. To register for any of these classes, please visit the front desk at the club.
Friday night all-level Drop In's are a fantastic way to get to know some other players and enjoy some social time in the lounge with our $5 Friday drink special. There is no registration for Drop In play.
We also have our Squash League taking place on Tuesday nights, which is open to players of all levels looking for weekly competitive match play. Additionally, we have our Thirsty Thursday League, which is a more relaxed and social league that features teams of four players, 25 minutes of straight squash, and special drink prices for participants.

Squash racquets, eye protection, and towels are available for rental. White or clear non-marking soled shoes must be worn on the courts.

Junior Squash: High Performance (CWG 2019 Squad) & Competitive After School Program
For those young players who would like to delve deeper into the game, we offer two After School Squash Programs (ages 7 through 18). These programs run from 3:45 to 5:15pm on Monday and Wednesday for High Performance juniors (Canada Winter Games 2019 Squad) and Tuesday and Thursday for Competitive juniors.
Junior Squash: Learn To Play & Munchkins Sunday Program
On Sundays, we offer a Learn To Play junior squash program for those just starting squash. This program runs from 11am to noon for 7 to 9 year olds, and noon to 1pm for 9 to 18 year olds. We also have a Munchkins program for 4 to 6 year olds that will run from 10:15 to 11:00am.
All junior programs run from October through to May, excluding Christmas break, Spring break, and statutory holidays.
