Outdoor Boot Camp
A four week program running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6am-7am beginning Monday June 4th to Friday June 29th.
Join instructors Catherine and Natasha to challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacity and core strength with circuit training, body weight exercises, and plyometrics. Embrace the outdoors and gear up for summer!
