Yoga Policy

The following is our policy regarding late arrivals to yoga classes, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

  1. Class Start Time: Yoga classes will commence promptly at the scheduled time, with no grace period for latecomers. This means that if you arrive late to class you will not be permitted entry into the Solstice Studio.
  2. Definition of Being On Time: Being on time means having your mat down, being seated, and ready to practice when the class is scheduled to start. Any activities such as checking in at the front desk, changing into yoga clothes, coming late from another class./area of the club, or setting up for your practice after the start time will be considered late.
  3. Impact of Tardiness: Late arrivals disrupt the concentration and meditation of fellow practitioners. The noise generated by entering the room late, unpacking yoga gear, clanging around your water bottle, and moving about the room to set up for your practice can be disruptive to the practice of others.
  4. Value of Time: Time is a precious commodity, and we respect the commitment each of you makes to attend our classes. Being punctual demonstrates consideration for your fellow practitioners and ensures a harmonious environment.

We understand that life occasionally presents challenges that may lead to unavoidable delays. However, we encourage you to plan accordingly when you intend to join us for a yoga class, and that you consider choosing alternative, or later classes when needed.

We believe that this policy will contribute to a more focused and serene yoga experience for all members. Your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for being an integral part of our yoga community. As always, if you have any questions or concerns please contact us at info@ykracquetclub.com
