SELF-PACED - MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY
During this 45-minute spin class, you can expect a full body and mind workout that will have you dancing on your bike. This dynamic spin class incorporates a weight track, and many other fun moves to keep your whole body moving and heart rate elevated for the entire class!
Newcomers to spin are always welcome! Please arrive early for class and identify yourself to your instructor to ensure they can assist you with bike set up before class begins.
Please bring water to class. For all evening and weekend classes please sign up at the front desk for class and then reserve your bike with your water bottle or with a provided hand towel.
