A Personal Trainer helps you achieve these results by addressing your individual needs and requirements to immediately formulate a plan of action personally suited just for you. The RC retains a complement of Certified Personal Trainers available for consultation and training services.

I’m a Yellowknife native with a passion for fitness. For me, personal training is an opportunity to change someone’s life, physically and mentally. Seeing positive changes in clients is my motivation. My schooling has given me the confidence to work with clients of all fitness levels and help them reach their goals.

I've played various sports my entire life, and at one point realized that I enjoyed training more than playing.  This developed into a lifelong passion for fitness that eventually lead to finding my niche in powerlifting.  I believe that fitness and happiness go hand in hand, and find joy in improving people's lives both inside and outside of the gym.  I take a science-based approach with my training, and believe that a good program should include resistance training, conditioning, and mobility training.
