Barbell Power

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

We like to pick things up and put them down...mostly barbells.
In this class you will work on building strength, stamina and explosive power while working with mainly barbells. Building strength allows you to maintain muscle mass, burn calories, increase your daily functional fitness and prevent injuries. So come out and pick things up with us!

Barre

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A highly focussed, body moulding workout that works towards improved posture, developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs and glutes and strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact class also targets the assistor muscles which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury. Want a bit more challenge? Try POWER BARRE for more intensity.

Blitz

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Target your whole body in this fast-paced circuit style class. With an ever changing combination of equipment and exercises, each station is designed to build strength, athletic coordination and aerobic conditioning. Sweat hard. See results.

Bounce Tabata

MODERATE INTENSITY

Get ready to move! Did you know bouncing is very low impact on the joints and is beneficial for your immune system?! Tabata Bounce will incorporate cardio and strength on the rebounders.  All bouncers/levels welcome!

Chisel & Row

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A combination of cardio and strength training at its finest! This circuit style class will incorporate use of the water rowers and will have minimal breaks to ensure a total body workout!

GRIT

HIGH INTENSITY

 

GRIT combines interval training with cardio, resistance and weights for a total body workout.  Work on those long term goals and have the grit to work towards a stronger and leaner you!

Hardcore

LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY

This low impact class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday life and targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes.  Improve your posture, flexibility and increase balance by working these important muscle groups.  Please bring a yoga mat, class will be done in bare feet.

HIIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Blast upwards of 400-500 calories and turn up the burn in this fast-paced, martial arts-inspired workout. Kick, punch and crunch your way to a leaner version of you while increasing your cardiovascular conditioning and mind-body connection. From the beginner to the elite athlete, this class will challenge you and push you to the limit.

HIIT (Specialty Class)

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This enhanced form of interval training alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts improve athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism, and are fat burning.

K-1 Kickboxing

LOW TO HIGH INTENSITY 

A stand up fighting technique that can be used for self-defence or for everyday fitness. It uses a combination of punches, kicks, elbows and knees, giving you a full body workout! This class is designed for all levels and will help develop balance, strength, cardio, hand eye coordination, flexibility and most importantly, your confidence!

Move Stronger

This class will improve your ability to move more effectively and increase your overall body strength, using body weight and a variety of equipment. Attention is given to proper movement and form, and improving flexibility and mobility. Prepare to Move Stronger!

Pound Rockout

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Listen and become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels and men and women of all ages!

Power Pilates

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

Join Natasha for this fitness infused, upbeat pilates class.  With precise and controlled movements, this class is designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles.  Props may include light weights, bands and bender ball.  Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring your own yoga mat.

REVV’D UP!

Get ready for an energizing, bodyweight-only workout that will improve your overall aerobic capacity.  Emphasizing on sustainable activity, you’ll achieve the muscular and aerobic endurance you’ve been looking for.  Get better now, get Revved up!

Shred RX

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Shred your way to a stronger version of you!  Using different high-intensity principles and modalities every week, Shred RX will test you mentally and physically.  Prepare to be challenged, prepare to be changed.

Feel like a kid again!

Join April for a quick, calorie burning, jump rope class. Skipping is an intense cardiovascular workout that increases bone density, muscle tone and improves coordination and overall brain health. Skipping intervals following by core work will have you breaking a sweat! 

Spin 45

SELF-PACED

This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold.

Please bring water to class. Reserve your bike with provided hand towel.

Squash HIIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

Did you know that you can burn up to 1000 calories in only one hour of squash play? Squash is one of THE most effective forms of exercise – What are you waiting for? Get on the court for a high intensity interval training workout designed to push your limits! 15 minutes of squash inspired exercises paired with 15 minutes of simulated game play. Warm up and cool down included.

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

This fun and energetic class is all about getting a great workout! Your heart, legs and butt will be in fabulous shape and you'll leave each class in a fantastic mood. Incorporating rhythm and motivating music, each class will finish with an ab workout. Handheld weights may be incorporated.

Sweat Equity

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

What you invest is what you achieve. This strength focused class will include cardio components to increase the return on your time. Using a variety of equipment, including free weights, body bars, ViPR™, stability balls and plain old bodyweight, you will find yourself challenged and find that what you put in is what you get out
