ACCUMULATOR

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This class combines a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises for an overall HIIT workout in a 30-minute set, bookended by 5 minutes of warmup and cooldown. The intervals accumulate as the class progresses to incorporate more exercises and create longer intervals to challenge your body and charge your metabolism. Intervals start at 2 minutes and accumulate to 8 minutes of intense work.

AFTERBURN

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A 60 minute class with a focus on HIIT training. In each class you will cycle through workout intervals on a treadmill, rower, spin bike and in the fitness studio using weights. This style of training boosts your metabolic rate and leads to caloric burn for up to 24 hours post workout (the AFTERBURN effect). Get stronger. Get faster. Get the AFTERBURN.

Barre

MODERATE INTENSITY

A highly focused, body molding workout that works towards improved posture, developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs and glutes and strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact class also targets the assistor muscles which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury.

Body Build

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Do you want to sweat WITHOUT cardio?  In this strength class you will focus on building your body by using dumbbells, barbells, and body weight.  Building muscle mass and increasing strength fires up your metabolism, torches calories, increases fat loss, helps to prevent injuries and maintain bone density.

Booty Barre

ALL LEVELS

Everything you love about BARRE with a specific focus on glutes. This class is for BARRE babes HIIT enthusiasts and heavy lifters - anyone who wants to build a booty!! Beyond esthetics, improved glute strength can contribute to speed, strength, athletic performance and injury prevention. Burn guaranteed!!

CIRCUIT Blitz

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Target your whole body in this circuit style AMRAP class. A variety of equipment and exercises are used to build strength, athletic coordination and aerobic conditioning. Four stations. Five minute intervals. Set your pace, sweat hard and see results! 

Get LIIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

It's Friday night with a different version of how to "Get LIIT", one that is great for your body, and just what you need on a Friday night!.  This is a low impact interval training class that combines strength training and cardio for a fun workout that is easy on the joints and great for body! Build muscle and endurance while getting a full body workout.

Halloween Survival Workout!

Train for your Halloween weekend, escape from Zombies, jump over graves, duck from bats - you get the picture! Althought there won't be zombies or bats in the class - come for the music and a fun workout with some goodies at the end! Feel free to dress up!

Hard Core

ALL LEVELS

This low impact class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday life and targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes.  Improve your posture, flexibility and increase balance by working these important muscle groups.  Please bring a yoga mat, class will be done in bare feet.

LIFT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

If you are looking to lift and gain strength this is for you. Alternate weekly between upper and lower body, including a focused core workout at the end of each class. Challenge yourself to life heavier and rev up your metabolism.

This class has no cardio and focuses only on strength training.

RevAMP'd

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Add a twist to your regular workout routines with this constantly changing HIIT style class. Designed to keep your body guessing using a wide range of bodyweight, lightweight and heavyweight movements. Combining various techniques into one structure to help you reach your fitness goals! Get excited, get AMP'd!

Torch

Moderate to High Intensity (40 MIN)

Incinerate calories with this time-based cardio and strength workout. intense effort brings intense results and every interval brings you closer to goals.

Vinyasa Flow Level 1

ALL LEVELS

Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build heat, strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.

An energizing and opening flow practice where a variety of poses are grounded with renewing breath and mental focus. The rich potential for intensity and edge-playing is balanced with emphasis on self-care and surrender.
