Vinyasa Chakra Flow Level 1
Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.
Added to this class, you will be guided through Pranayama Techniques and a final relaxation session designed to heal, balance, and soothe each of your seven Chakras (energy points in your body:: root, sacral, solar, plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.
