During this high-intensity spin class, you can expect a full-body and mind workout that will have you dancing on your bike. This dynamic class is taught in low club-style lighting. It incorporates speedwork and climbing intervals matched to the music, as well as optional choreographed pumps, dips and tap backs that will keep your whole body moving and heart rate elevated for the entire class! This class also features a weight track designed to burn out those arms with light hand weights and high repetitions.
Please bring water and a towel to class. Reserve your bike by placing your own water bottle in the holder. Newcomers are always welcome! If you are new to a class, please arrive 10 minutes before class start time and identify yourself to your instructor for assistance with bike set up and proper form.
