Hatha Yoga is a slower paced practice, giving more time to get into poses while working on alignment and stretching. Restorative Yoga is a style that dives into the Parasympathetic Nervous System. It is a practice designed to relax, restore and rejuvenate the physical and mental bodies.

This class will emphasize poses that will maintain flexibility particularly of the spine and hips as well as strengthening core and back muscles to keep the back and spine in good condition. A portion of the class will include the principles of Restorative yoga, so there will be a restful and relaxed meditation.
