MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This enhanced form of interval training alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts improve athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism, and are fat burning.
