Natasha and Catherine want to kickstart your January fitness goals, with a well rounded program for all levels. Sculpt with Pilates, strength train with weights, and improve your cardiovascular system with spin. Each day you will have 30 minutes of Pilates, then alternate between spin on Mondays and strength on Thursdays.
