Mobilize and Stretch

Friday May 13, 2022 to Friday June 17, 2022

In order to unlock the full range of athletic potential and perform movements safely and efficiently, you need to perform through a full range of motion and create stability in end-range positions.  This class will combine soft tissue work with dynamic/static stretching and stability work, to unlock range of motion and improve positioning and flexibility. Bring a tennis ball or roller to class if you have one (we will have some available in class). 

Friday mornings 6:15-7:00am
5 classes (no class June 3)
