DanceFit begins with a full body warmup and mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness class. Using basic rhythmic movements, this class provides a total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, and flexibility to connect body and mind, boost your energy and take the “work” out of workout.
