If you are looking to start a fitness program, or want to increase your weekly workouts, these classes are tailored specifically for beginner and intermediate participants.
Classes will combine cardio, weights, balance, and core - for each one you can expect a full body workout, and coaching to improve form and gain confidence in class. Options will be given for more advanced workouts as needed.
