A highly focused, body molding workout that works towards improved posture, developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs and glutes and strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact class also targets the assistor muscles which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury. Want a bit more challenge? Try POWER BARRE for more intensity.

This hatha session is a nice, slow moving, meditative class derived from the Sivananda practice.  What to expect in these classes:  breathing exercises (pranayama), sun salutations, 12 basic poses (you build on through variations of each pose to master them), and final deep relaxation.  This practice is not only calming, but also works on your physical flexibility and mobility.  Perfect for after a workout and also to prepare you for the night.

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

Vinyasa, the link of breath and movement, creates a flowing rhythm, moving you from pose to pose. The class will emphasize alignment and longer pose holds to build strength and increase flexibility. Each week the emphasis will vary with upper body strength, back bending, forward bending or chest and hip opening.
