Around 85% of women will have a child at some point in their life. While pregnancy is temporary, postpartum is forever. Many of the conditions associated with motherhood are often a result of deconditioning, a process that happens to every pregnant body. It is important to retrain the postpartum body to regain strength while being mindful of the adaptations that happened during pregnancy. This class is for all levels with specific considerations for diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse.

These will be full body classes, core focused, with a strength-training program designed for moms old and new. You are strong, you are powerful and you are resilient. Sign up and reclaim your body and your life. You can come with or without your baby (childcare not provided).
