Step and Strength Feature Class
Come join Alicia from 11:30am to 12:30pm for Step and Strength and stay after for healthy snacks.
This fun and energetic class is all about getting a great workout! Your heart, legs and glutes will be in fabulous shape and you'll leave each class in a fantastic mood. Incorporating rhythm and motivating music, each class will finish with an ab workout. Handheld weights may be incorporated.
