Come join us on the RC deck for our Pound on the Deck Feature Class from 6:45 to 7:30pm – an intense, full body cardio fitness session with our high energy instructor, Diana Curtis. You’re guaranteed to sweat while pounding out this workout that includes cardio, strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements all while rocking it out to great tunes.
