Monday Night Yoga Series
Monday nights from 7 to 8PM, this yoga series is mainly for beginner yogis that would like to learn the basics in a slower-paced environment with greater interaction with the instructor. Beginner Yoga - Oct 1st - 29th with Alison Devitt (no class Oct 8th)
Men's Yoga - Nov 5th - to Dec 10th with Melissa Chung (no class Nov 12th)
Men's Yoga - Jan 7th - 28th with Natasha Ramm
