Ladies Who Lift Re-Booty edition
Join Caroline Newberry from 12 to 2pm for Ladies Who Lift Re-Booty edition. This clinic focuses on building a strong posterior chain (glutes, back, hamstrings, etc). You will practice three types of major lifts – squats, deadlifts and hip thrust. You will receive a program with the cost of registration. Bring snacks and your phone on both days to video your form.
