Get ready for the Overlander Half-Marathon or Vancouver Sea Wheeze Half-Marathon!!

Whether you're training for your first half-marathon, want to improve your race time or working on your own running goals, this program is for you!

Program runs May 28th through to August 19th  12 weeks instructor – led structured program, including hill training, speed work, and long runs. 

Runs will be led on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 9:00am.
Participants should be able to run 5-8k comfortably at start of program.

$150.00 + GST
