Enduro Spin

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning with some aerobic interval training. The format is a continuous ride with short active recoveries. Attention is given to developing good riding form with a smooth pedal stroke. Riders keep pace with the lively music, and includes speedwork, climbs, and out of saddle riding. Come for a challenging workout, great music and lots of fun!
The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body.

Glow Spin

SELF PACED 

Dig out those neons and come to the hottest glow party in town. This self paced 45 minute workout will work your entire body and get you dancing on that bike. This class will motivate you through medium to high intensity intervals designed to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Please remember to bring water and a towel.

This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold.

Newcomers to spin are always welcome! Please arrive early for class and identify yourself to your instructor to ensure they can assist you with bike set up before class begins.

Please bring water to class. For all evening and weekend classes please sign up at the front desk for class and then reserve your bike with your water bottle or with a provided hand towel.

This "NEW" indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels, combining a 25 minute calorie torching ride on the bike, combined with a 15 minute arm/core combo off the bike at the end, that will target the whole body!
