Afterburn

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

​A 60 minute class with a focus on HIIT training. In each class you will cycle through workout intervals on a treadmill, rower, spin bike and in the fitness studio using weights. This style of training boosts your metabolic rate and leads to caloric burn for up to 24 hours post workout (the AFTERBURN effect). Get stronger. Get faster. Get the AFTERBURN.

Barbell Power

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

We like to pick things up and put them down... mostly barbells. In this class you will work on building strength, stamina and explosive power while working with mainly barbells. Building strength allows you to maintain muscle mass, burn calories, increase your daily functional fitness and prevent injuries. So come out and pick things up with us!

Barre

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A highly focused, body moulding workout that works towards improved posture, developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs, glutes and strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact class also targets the assistor muscles which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury. Want a bit more of a challenge? Try POWER BARRE for more intensity.

Blitz

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Target your whole body in this fast-paced circuit style class. With an ever changing combination of equipment and exercises, each station is designed to build strength, athletic coordination and aerobic conditioning. Sweat hard and see results!

Bounce Tabata

MODERATE INTENSITY

Get ready to move! Did you know bouncing is very low impact on the joints and is beneficial for your immune system?! Tabata Bounce will incorporate cardio and strength on the rebounders.  All bouncers/levels welcome!

Chisel & Row

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A combination of cardio and strength training at its finest! This circuit style class will incorporate the use of our water rowers and will have minimal breaks to ensure a total body workout!

DanceFIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY        

This dance fitness class is suitable for ALL fitness levels and dance enthusiasts! If you like to shake it on the d-floor you’ll love this easy to follow class designed to challenge you and make you SWEAT. Come dance to the hits of today!

Hardcore

LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY

This low impact class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday life and targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes. Improve your posture, flexibility and increase balance by working these important muscle groups. Please bring a yoga mat, class will be done in bare feet.

K-1 Kickboxing

LOW TO HIGH INTENSITY 

A stand up fighting technique that can be used for self-defence or everyday fitness. It uses a combination of punches, kicks, elbows and knees, giving you a full body workout! This class is designed for all levels of fitness and will help develop balance, strength, cardio, hand eye coordination, flexibility and most importantly, your confidence!

Pound Rockout

Shred RX

Shred your way to a stronger version of you!  Using different high-intensity principles and modalities every week, Shred RX will test you mentally and physically.  Prepare to be challenged, prepare to be changed.

Step

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

This class uses a portable platform with height adjustable risers. You will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape your lower body.

Step & Strength

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

This fun and energetic class is all about getting a great workout! Your heart, legs and butt will be in fabulous shape and you'll leave each class in a fantastic mood. Incorporating rhythm and motivating music, each class will finish with an ab workout. Handheld weights may be incorporated.

Stronger

LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY

This class will improve your ability to move more effectively and increase your overall body strength, using body weight and a variety of equipment. Attention is given to proper movement and form, and improving flexibility and mobility. Prepare to Move Stronger!

Sweat Equity

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Ignite your metabolism with this scientifically proven format. The TABATA protocol is interval training: 8 cycles of 20 second intense work periods and 10 second complete rest periods of the same exercise. With your best effort the metabolic blaze can last up to 72 hours. Along the way you are going to get strong, lean and add an explosive element to your strength. The TABATA format lets you know what to expect; the weekly variety in exercises makes sure you’re continually challenged. 

Tabata

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY
 
Tabata features 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body improving your anaerobic and aerobic energy systems.

Torch

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Incinerate calories with this time-based cardio and strength workout. Intense effort brings intense results and every interval brings you closer to your fitness goals.
