AM HIIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A combo of weights and cardio to wake you up.

Barre

MODERATE INTENSITY

A highly focused, body molding workout that works towards improved posture, developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs and glutes and strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact class also targets the assistor muscles which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury.

Blitz

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Target your whole body in this fast-paced circuit style class. With an ever changing combination of equipment and exercises, each station is designed to build strength, athletic coordination and aerobic conditioning. Sweat hard and see results!

Body Build

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Do you want to sweat WITHOUT cardio?  In this strength class you will focus on building your body by using dumbbells, barbells, and body weight.  Building muscle mass and increasing strength fires up your metabolism, torches calories, increases fat loss, helps to prevent injuries and maintain bone density.

Build muscle, build confidence, build strength and build your body.

Booty Barre

ALL LEVELS

Everything you love about BARRE with a specific focus on glutes. This class is for BARRE babes HIIT enthusiasts and heavy lifters - anyone who wants to build a booty!! Beyond esthetics, improved glute strength can contribute to speed, strength, athletic performance and injury prevention. Burn guaranteed!!

Bounce Burn

MODERATE INTENSITY 

This low-impact, high-intensity 45 minute workout is designed to free your spirit and create some serious results. Focused on raising your cardio health and stimulating both large and small muscle groups, Bounce Burn gets your heart rate—and your whole body—jumping, and inspires as much joy as it does sweat. 

Boxing Day Barre

MODERATE INTENSITY

Boxing Day MetCon

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Short for Metabolic Conditioning, this class includes HIIT workouts. Work for a set amount of time, reps, or sets with rest periods that are just long enough to catch your breath. The result: an effective, fat burning and muscle building workout that gets you breathless and burning in no time flat!

Friday Flow

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A vinyasa flow style class to start your weekend off on the right track. Each week will incorporate varying poses to develop strength and flexibility through movement and breath. 

 

Get LIIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

It's Friday night with a different version of how to "Get LIIT", one that is great for your body, and just what you need on a Friday night!.  This is a low impact interval training class that combines strength training and cardio for a fun workout that is easy on the joints and great for body! Build muscle and endurance while getting a full body workout.

Hardcore

ALL LEVELS

This low impact class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday life and targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes. Improve your posture, flexibility and increase balance by working these important muscle groups. Please bring a yoga mat, class will be done in bare feet.

HIIT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

A high intensity interval training class designed to improve cardiovascular capacity, build strength, and push you to your next level of fitness.

HIPE Body

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This strength class will include cardio intervals, rounding out a full body workout and getting you "HIPED" up (HIPE - High Intensity Performance and Endurance).

LIFT

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

If you are looking to lift and gain strength this is for you. Alternate weekly between upper and lower body, including a focused core workout at the end of each class. Challenge yourself to life heavier and rev up your metabolism.

This class has no cardio and focuses only on strength training.

MetCon

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Pop-Up Spin Class

We have a new spin instructor in the midst of completing their certification and wants to practice...so we are adding 30 minute POP UP classes with Katie Weaver on Wednesday July 8, 15th, & 22, 630-7pm.  This would be a great time to try spin, additional instructors will be around to help with bike setup.

Power Up

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This class focuses on weight lifting using body weight, dumbbells and barbells. This class is structure to use various types of interval type training to get your heart rate up without the cardio. Challenge yourself to power up and increase your strength! This class is for all fitness levels.
 

Power Yoga Express Level 1

ALL LEVELS

Power Yoga is a vigorous fitness/based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.

Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.

This class is set to energizing music, and you will be leaving energized and strong, with a sweaty glow.

RevAMP'd

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Add a twist to your regular workout routines with this constantly changing HIIT style class. Designed to keep your body guessing using a wide range of bodyweight, lightweight and heavyweight movements. Combining various techniques into one structure to help you reach your fitness goals! Get excited, get AMP'd!

Sculpt and Sweat

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Need a mid week pick me up?  Torch calories and build strength with this cardio and weight HIIT classs to promote cardiovascular endurance and total body conditioning.  Various types of equipment will be used.  If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you, so come challenge yourself by building strength, burning calories, and getting your sweat on!

Slow Flow + Reset

ALL LEVELS 

A slow paced flow sequence, incorporating some movement and some rest. Come join in studio for a relaxing class set with dimmed lighting, the fireplace glow- aka. The perfect weekly Sunday reset.

Step and Strength

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY 

This fun and energetic class is all about getting a great workout! Your heart, legs and glutes will be in fabulous shape and you'll leave each class in a fantastic mood. Incorporating rhythm and motivating music, each class will finish with an ab workout. Handheld weights may be incorporated.

Strength and Balance

Strength and Balance is an one hour class where the focus is moving from pose to pose with little break in between each one.  Each class will consist on sequences that build on strength, core, and balance. While we still focus on building your flexibility and mental concentration. 

Sweat Equity

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Ignite your metabolism with this scientifically proven format. The TABATA protocol is interval training: 8 cycles of 20 second intense work periods and 10 second complete rest periods of the same exercise. With your best effort the metabolic blaze can last up to 72 hours. Along the way you are going to get strong, lean and add an explosive element to your strength. The TABATA format lets you know what to expect; the weekly variety in exercises makes sure you’re continually challenged. 

Torch

Moderate to High Intensity (40 MIN)

Incinerate calories with this time-based cardio and strength workout. intense effort brings intense results and every interval brings you closer to goals.
