Yoga Nidra

This class will begin with very gentle somatic movements and then move into a yoga nidra, a very restorative practice by candlelight, also known as yogic sleep. This is a guided meditation practice, allowing your body to lie still while your mind follows a voice through stages of relaxation for the physical body and the mind. You'll need to wear warm clothes or bring layers, and ideally bring your blanket and a small pillow/hand towel to support your head and/or knees.
