Vinyasa Chakra Flow
This class is designed as a vinyasa flow class. Vinyasa, the link of breath and movement, creates a flowing rhythm, moving you from pose to pose. The class will emphasize alignment and longer pose holds to build strength and increase flexibility. Move through pranayama breathing, key poses, and an extended guided final relaxation session designed to heal, balance and soothe each of your seven chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.
