Formerly known as Disco Spin, this is the ultimate indoor cycling experience! This is a high-energy class that blends cycling technique, hit music, club-style lighting and expert coaching to energize and inspire. This class is a perfect mix of speed and climbing intervals that match the beat of the music and time-based drills that get you sweaty. A fantastic calorie burner for all fitness types!

Please bring water and a towel to class. Reserve your bike by placing your own water bottle in the holder. Newcomers are always welcome! If you are new to a class, please arrive 10 minutes before class start time and identify yourself to your instructor for assistance with bike set up and proper form.
