Designed for all fitness levels, this dynamic cycling class moves with the music. The efforts end when the song ends! Enjoy fast-paced, upbeat tunes selected to motivate and energize as you power through speed intervals choreographed to match the beat of the music and slower tracks that have you grrrrrrrinding out those hills! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body.

Please bring water and a towel to class. Reserve your bike by placing your own water bottle in the holder. Newcomers are always welcome! If you are new to a class, please arrive 10 minutes before class start time and identify yourself to your instructor for assistance with bike set up and proper form.
