Get total body conditioning with the combination of indoor cycling to push your cardio followed by lifting for maximal strength. Start with 20 minutes of a HIIT style spin workout on the bikes followed by weight based interval workout in the fitness studio. Improve your endurance and get your full body workout in before the weekend!
