This class will speak to your soul. It integrates yoga styles including anasara, hatha and vinyasa, allowing you to cultivate strength (Shakti), flexibility, balance, and a deep sense of peace. Classes will lead you through an energizing asana sequence while deepening your self-awareness of body, mind and soul. Aside from a strong physical practice, expect elements of breath work, mindfulness, and meditation to be weaved throughout. You'll leave this class feeling empowered, connected, and ready to take your practice off the mat and into your life. Please wear comfortable clothing, bare feet recommended.
