Renewing Vinyasa Flow Level 1
Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build heat, strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make.
An energizing and opening flow practice where a variety of poses are grounded with renewing breath and mental focus. The rich potential for intensity and edge-playing is balanced with emphasis on self-care and surrender.
