LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY (75 MIN)

This class is the second in our Monday Night Yoga Series and runs from November 5th to December 10th. Please note, there will be no class on November 12th.

While men are welcome to attend any of our regular yoga classes, this class is specifically designed for men.  This class provides a well-rounded yoga practice to build strength, improve flexibility and reduce stress.
