LOW TO HIGH INTENSITY 

A stand up fighting technique that can be used for self-defence or everyday fitness. It uses a combination of punches, kicks, elbows and knees, giving you a full body workout! This class is designed for all levels of fitness and will help develop balance, strength, cardio, hand eye coordination, flexibility and most importantly, your confidence!
