NO it's not a spelling error!  HILIT - High Intensity Low Impact Training - delivers all of the benefits of HIIT without the impact. Incinerate calories with interval training using cardio and strength but without the strain on your joints! Lots of different equipment will be used to keep that heart rate up including rowers, rebounders and your own body weight!
