HIIT and LIFT
MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time, so 45 minutes is all we need! Various equipment will be used as well as a lifting segment - get ready to HIIT IT before the weekend!
OPTIONAL: Stay after for a stretch 5:20 to 5:45pm. We will focus on flexibility and gentle stretching.
