This hatha session is a nice, slow moving, meditative class derived from the Sivananda practice.  What to expect in these classes:  breathing exercises (pranayama), sun salutations, 12 basic poses (you build on through variations of each pose to master them), and final deep relaxation.  This practice is not only calming, but also works on your physical flexibility and mobility.  Perfect for after a workout and also to prepare you for the night.
