LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY 

Come practice combining breath and active sequences of movement in a playful supportive environment. You will even break a sweat. Each class focuses on specific areas while giving attention to alignment and taking care of oneself. Classes include initial and final relaxation. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early for class to settle in and inform teacher of any injuries or concerns.
