This class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning with some anaerobic interval training. The format is a continuous ride choreographed to the music with short active recoveries. Attention is given to developing good riding form with a smooth pedal stroke. Riders keep pace with the lively music, and the riding includes speedwork, climbs, and out of saddle riding. Come for a challenging workout, great music and lots of fun! The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body.
Please bring water and a towel to class. Reserve your bike by placing your own water bottle in the holder. Newcomers are always welcome! If you are new to a class, please arrive 10 minutes before class start time and identify yourself to your instructor for assistance with bike set up and proper form.
