Do you want to sweat WITHOUT cardio?  In this strength class you will focus on building your body by using dumbbells, barbells, and body weight.  Building muscle mass and increasing strength fires up your metabolism, torches calories, increases fat loss, helps to prevent injuries and maintain bone density.
