LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY (75 MIN)
If you're new to yoga or have been curious about it but too intimidated (or non-bendy) to try, this is the class for you. A slower paced class that will teach you the basics, allow you to explore postures, and progress at your own speed. Consistent attendance will build your confidence and familiarity with the poses. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Bare feet recommended.
