MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

This class combines a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises for an overall HIIT workout in a 30-minute set, bookended by 5 minutes of warmup and cooldown. The intervals accumulate as the class progresses to incorporate more exercises and create longer intervals to challenge your body and charge your metabolism. Intervals start at 2 minutes and accumulate to 8 minutes of intense work.
