Join us for MORNING BOOTCAMP starting June 5th.
4 weeks (11 classes) of outdoor training that will consist of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. Exercises will be varied, so no two workouts are the same, and classes will be suitable for all fitness levels. If the weather creates unsafe conditions, classes will be held indoors.
Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings from 6-7am, $110 for members $200 for non-members, $25 dropin. To register, email firstname.lastname@example.org
