December Challenge 2020

Tuesday, December 1, 2020 to Sunday, December 20, 2020

This year we know a lot of you are staying close to home, and to accommodate for all those holiday cookies we know you’ll be eating we’ve decided to hold our first ever December Fitness Challenge!

Here are the details (read carefully- we know you’ve got time):

  1. Enter as an individual or as a group up to 10 people.
  2. Only MEMBERS can participate- stop by the club at anytime during our open hours to grab a membership.
  3. Must enter by emailing catherine@ykracquetclub.com by November 30th. Late entries won’t be counted!
  4. Keep track of your points on the supplied sheet that you’ll get from Catherine upon entry
  5. Get 1 point for 15 minutes of ligh/moderate activity
  6. Get 3 points for moderate/vigorous activity- you’ll know you’re doing it right if you can’t keep chatting with the person next to you.
  7. Points MUST be emailed to catherine@ykracquetclub.com by 5PM every Sunday. If you’re on a team you’ll need to pick a team captain to be responsible for this.
  8. Every Monday we’ll post the Leaderboard here so you know who you have to try and beat.
  9. We’ve got some pretty wicked prizes for the top 3 individuals and teams
